Katarzyna Lisowska qualified as a tax advisor

We are proud to announce that our colleague Katarzyna Lisowska has successfully sat for her professional examinations and is now a certified tax advisor.

Katarzyna Lisowska specialises in tax law, international tax law, M&A, and investment funds.

Her experience to date includes provision of tax law advice to corporate clients and to individuals, also at the international level. She has worked on strategic tax planning and on the tax aspects of M&A transactions and restructuring projects, and supported clients during changes of their tax residence and during assorted tax audits and proceedings before the fiscal authorities and the courts. With GESSEL since October 2019.
