Leszek Koziorowski and Prof. Marek Michalski to join a panel during the XII Management Board and Supervisory Board Office Forum 2021

The XII Management Board and Supervisory Board Office Forum 2021, scheduled for 26-27 October, will be special insofar as the technological and legal changes presently faced by the support and administrative staff of company governing bodies are nothing less than revolutionary.

In the first panel of the event, Leszek Koziorowski (partner in GESSEL) will join Dr Piotr Bielarczyk (head of the Legal Department at the PGE S.A. Group), Dr Radosław L. Kwaśnicki (senior partner in RKKW), and Dr Filip Ostrowski (of the Ministry of State Assets) to discuss “Selected issues of the Commercial Companies and Partnerships Code and the Management Board office”.

The panel entitled “Synergies within capital groups and their influence on decision-making processes at companies subsequent to the Commercial Companies and Partnerships Code reform” will be led by Prof. Marek Michalski (pro-rector of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, of counsel at GESSEL) together with Michał Mieszkiełło (partner in Ożóg Tomczykowski).

Apart from that, the event will feature a series of lectures and debates focused on the legislation, jurisprudence, and best practices relevant to operating a Management Board office.

This iteration of the Forum will be held in a hybrid formula, combining in situ and online sessions.
