Leszek Koziorowski appointed President of the Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Leszek Koziorowski, Partner at GESSEL law firm, has been appointed President of the Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), an institution established to resolve disputes as provided for in the Exchange Rules.
Leszek Koziorowski began his professional career at the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission, where he rose to the position of advisor to the Chairman. During this time, he also served as Deputy Chairman of the Examination Committee for Investment Advisors. He has been with GESSEL since 1999 and became a partner in 2002, heading the capital markets law practice. Since 2013, he has served on the Corporate Governance Committee at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where he was one of the co-authors of the Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies (editions 2016 and 2021). Frequently recognized in prestigious legal rankings (including Chambers and Partners, Rzeczpospolita), he is regarded as one of the leading experts in the capital markets field in Poland.
