Leszek Koziorowski to speak during the webinar “New corporate governance rules – DPSN 2021”

The webinar, organised by the Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG), will discuss the 2021 edition of the Best Practices for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It will be held between 10:30 and 12:00 hours on 19 November 2020.

• Key premises of Best Practices 2021 
• Role of company governing bodies with respect to Best Practices 2021 – application, reporting
• New rules with respect to ESG
