“Liability of the Management Board” – Workshops

Aldona Pietrzak and Piotr Schramm, partners in GESSEL, gave a presentation at the Liability of the Management Board workshops held in Warsaw on 17-18 November 2010.

They spoke on Civil and Criminal Liability of Members of the Governing Bodies of a Joint Stock Company for Damage Inflicted on a Joint Stock Company, covering topics such as civil and criminal liability rooted in the Commercial Companies Code, liability of the members of corporate bodies of a joint stock company under the newly amended Accounting Act and the Qualified Auditors Act, and white-collar crime in the context of the Criminal Code.

The workshops were organised by Informedia Polska with media patronage by Puls Biznesu.
