Magdalena Szeplik leads a Rynkologia workshop

On 6 December, Magdalena Szeplik, managing associate, led a workshop entitled “The Market Abuse Regulation – Confidential information and market manipulation”, organised as part of this year’s Rynkologia, or Marketology, event of the Capital Markets Law Academic Club.

The participants benefited from an opportunity to discuss the concept of confidential information within the specific context of MAR, and also the practical implications. Magdalena Szeplik then proceeded to discuss manipulation of the equity markets.

Rynkologia, an initiative of the Capital Markets Law Academic Club, is addressed to all students with an interest in this field of the law and to professionals looking for new insights into transactions.
