Magdalena Szeplik leads a webinar within the Rynkologia project

On 19 November, Magdalena Szeplik, managing associate, led a webinar entitled “Information duties of public companies” organised as part of this year’s iteration of Rynkologia, or Marketology – a project of the Capital Markets Law Academic Club. 

Participants benefitted from an informed account of the disclosure duties incumbent on public equity markets participants – the specific entities responsible, the precise terms of disclosure, and the Market Abuse Regulation implications.

Rynkologia is a project of the Capital Markets Law Academic Club addressed to students in their final and penultimate years; it aims to provide interested students with a basic introduction, also in a more practical sphere, to an area which receives little in the way of comprehensive treatment as part of the standard university curriculum.
