Marta Grabiec and Adam Kraszewski to join in the conference entitled “How to protect intellectual and industrial property in Poland and abroad”

On 10-11 December, the Golden Floor Tower in Warsaw will become the venue of the conference “How to protect intellectual and industrial property in Poland and abroad” organised by the Rzeczpospolita daily.

The conference aims to improve awareness about IP and industrial property law, also in its practical aspects from the perspective of business. 

On the first day of the event, Marta Grabiec, senior associate and Adam Kraszewski, managing associate will present a case study: “The story of a certain infringement – IP from the perspective of the practitioner”, highlighting issues such as:

• The various intangible rights subsumed within a single product;
• The benefits entailed for a business enterprise in registering its intangible assets;
• Use and enjoyment of intangible rights vs unfair competition torts;
• Different ways of enforcing intellectual property rights.
