Meet and greet with authors of the commentary to the Polish Entrepreneurs Law

GESSEL organised an informal book signing by the authors of “Komentarz do Prawa przedsiębiorców” just published by Wolters Kluwer Polska. Marcin Macieszczak, managing partner at GESSEL, began the evening for thanking all those involved for their hard work. The authors shared some insights into preparation of the book and signed a number of copies.

The GESSEL contributors, led by Aldona Pietrzak in the role of academic editor, include Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, Michał Boryczka, Adam Kraszewski, Karolina Krzal, Magdalena Szeplik, Piotr Tracz, Paweł Kwiatkowski, and Artur Kruszewski (with GESSEL through March 2019). The book also benefits from contributions by Marek Korzeniewski and Michał Stępniak of Moore Stephens Central Audit. The publication’s intended readership includes lawyers, tax advisors, public administration staff at the central and local levels, businesspeople, and students. We might add that this book may be considered part of a series; in the summer of 2018, GESSEL professionals published (again in cooperation with Wolters Kluwer Polska)  “The Commercial Companies and Partnerships Code.
