Michał Brągiel to speak at the “Economy, Tax & Crime” conference

The fourth iteration of the “Economy, Tax & Crime” conference, to be held on 2 through 4 December, is devoted to changes of Polish tax law (and its associated criminaI law aspects) brought on by implementation of the Polish Deal.

On the first day of the conference, Michał Brągiel, senior associate will give a presentation about expenses deductible for tax purposes upon sale of shares purchased in corporate transformations and about tax preferences for holding companies.

The conference is organised by the Fiscal Studies Centre of Mikołaj Kopernik University, with the International Fiscal Association as one of the sponsors.
