New partner in GESSEL to head our tax law practice

Dominika Ramírez-Wołkiewicz joins GESSEL as a partner effective 1 July 2022.

Dominika Ramírez-Wołkiewicz is an attorney and a certified tax advisor with over 20 years’ professional experience. She was formerly associated with one of Poland’s largest tax consultancies. She specialises in comprehensive tax advice for business enterprises in the finance, FMCG, production, and new tech sectors, with an especial focus on tax exemptions. She has devised tax strategies and reorganisation / restructuring projects involving Polish as well as international entities. Conducts tax due diligence, represents Clients in tax-related administrative proceedings and litigation.
