Newly qualified lawyers at GESSEL !

Adrianna joined GESSEL in 2021. She specialises in court proceedings involving financial entities, centring on matters such as foreign currency loans and unauthorised payment transactions. Previously worked with State Treasury companies, a Big Four consultancy, and law firms, providing businesses and self-government entities with general advice on legal and tax issues.

Bernadeta joined GESSEL in 2022, having previously worked with a Rzeszów law firm providing day-to-day legal services to entities active in the energy sector, also with regard to litigation. She now specialises in litigation support for financial institutions on matters concerning foreign currency loans and unauthorised payment transactions.

Karolina deals with M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate law services for companies. She has experience in drafting transaction documentation for M&A projects and of corporate documents. She advises on all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and finalization of transactions.
