The Polish antitrust authority has just issued clearance for establishment of a joint venture which will produce clean energy using state-of-the-art nuclear facilities.
Synthos Green Energy S.A., an entity of the Michał Sołowow group represented by GESSEL, plans to work on this project with PKN Orlen, aiming to set up micro- and small modular reactors around Poland. These facilities will enable production of zero-emission energy for the benefit of Polish industry and private consumers, in line with the Zielony Ład environmental protection goals.
