Prof. Marek Michalski appointed to a second term as judge at the ADR tribunal affiliated with the Office of the General Counsel to the Polish Republic

In accordance with order no. 010-48/21 announced by the Office of the General Counsel to the Polish Republic on 9 November 2021, Prof. Marek Michalski will begin his second term as judge of that institution’s ADR tribunal on 23 November 2021, the date of the tribunal’s general meeting.

The ADR tribunal affiliated with the Office of the General Counsel to the Polish Republic came into being in July 2017 on the basis of the new legislative Act significantly expanding the Office’s remit. The tribunal adjudicates disputes between state bodies other than the State Treasury, between the State Treasury and other entities, and other matters in which the Polish state is involved through one of its entities. The judges of the ADR tribunal are recruited from among lawyers working with the Office of the General Counsel to the Polish Republic and legal experts working in academia and private practice.
