Łukasz is an advocate and senior lawyer at GESSEL. He specializes in litigation. At GESSEL, he handles civil and commercial disputes involving financial institutions. Prior to joining GESSEL in 2022, he worked with law firms dealing in particular with complex white-collar crimes proceedings. He also worked for an international tax consulting company.

Adrianna joined GESSEL in 2021. She specialises in court proceedings involving financial entities, centring on matters such as foreign currency loans and unauthorised payment transactions. Previously worked with State Treasury companies, a Big Four consultancy, and law firms, providing businesses and self-government entities with general advice on legal and tax issues.

Bernadeta joined GESSEL in 2022, having previously worked with a Rzeszów law firm providing day-to-day legal services to entities active in the energy sector, also with regard to litigation. She now specialises in litigation support for financial institutions on matters concerning foreign currency loans and unauthorised payment transactions.

Since joining GESSEL in 2021, Marcin has contributed to share deal and asset deal M&A transactions both on the sell side and the buy side. He has drafted transaction documentation, corporate documents (for the purpose of specific transactions, as well as of day-to-day legal services) and due diligence studies. Prior to joining GESSEL, he gained experience at renowned international law firms, dealing with tax and competition law issues.
