The Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days, held in Warsaw between 16 and 18 November (organised by the Arbitration Court of the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and by the University of Warsaw, with GESSEL as one of the event partners), was an expression of the international arbitration and mediation community’s solidarity with the victims of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

During the second day, Dr. Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz gave a lecture on “State of the Art in Dispute Resolution Management”.

All revenues from the conference are earmarked for a scholarship fund for students and young lawyers from Ukraine.
