Ośrodek Karta (the Folio Centre)

Ośrodek Karta (the Folio Centre) is a non-governmental organisation operating Poland’s largest community archive, aiming to document the recent history of Poland and, more broadly, Central and Eastern Europe and to popularise knowledge in this field.

GESSEL contributes to this NGO’s operations by drawing up rules for its competitions, preparing memoranda on the associated trademarks, and providing legal support in work towards establishment of a Social Archives Studies Centre.
