Polish Association of High Mountain Guides
30.09.2017 Pro Bono
GESSEL advises the Polish Association of High Mountain Guides with respect to work on amendment of Polish tourism laws geared at adapting the provisions regulating operation of high mountain guides to the norms established in most European Union countries. In this endeavour, we refer to the standards formulated by IVBV/UIAGM/IFMGA, the International Union of Mountain Guide Societies. The relevant applications submitted to the Polish Ministry of Sports and Tourism in the context of civic consultations have the goal of securing recognition within Poland for qualifications awarded to mountain guides by IVBV/UIAGM/IFMGA on principles analogous to those applied in mountainous countries in the EU and around the world.
