School of American Law at Jagiellonian University

GESSEL cooperates with the School of American Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University, Krakow and the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington. Among other projects, this cooperation has yielded a Negotiations Workshop Programme geared at familiarising students with techniques for negotiating business contracts and conflict resolution. The workshops are led by members of GESSEL’s corporate law and securities law teams, who share with the students insights from their own practical experience. The programme has also included internships for students at out firm.
