What risks associated with disclosure duties ought to be analysed by the governing bodies of a company ?

Now that almost two years have passed since its enactment, the Market Abuse Regulation is nothing new for most companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. While the coming into force of MAR was accompanied by numerous misgivings, particularly by companies listed on the NewConnect floor, our practice has since demonstrated that most Polish companies have taken well to the new disclosure duties when it came to actually implementing them. That said, the supervisory questionnaire conducted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on the anniversary of MAR’s coming into force indicates that there are certain issues which still give rise to concern…
