Accounting Error in the Decision on the Dividend From ENEA

The resolution by the general shareholders meeting of ENEA concerning distribution of the company’s profits is tainted by an error. The Ministry of the Treasury, however, has offered assurances that shareholders will receive their dividend of PLN 0.46 per share within the original deadline of 31 August.
