We are pleased to announce that second edition of the book  “Arbitration of M&A Transactions: A Practical Global Guide” was released, including chapter prepared by members of GESSEL arbitration team: Natalia Jodłowska, managing associate and Joanna Kisielińska-Garncarek, senior associate.

Natalia Jodłowska and Joanna Kisielińska-Garncarek provided legal and practical guidance on the key types of disputes arising from M&A transactions  as well as offered some procedural and tactical tips for M&A cases. The Polish chapter covers some fundamental questions of arbitrability, choice of governing law as well as enforceability.
