I keep thinking of an interesting bit of material published by the law firm Modrzejewski Wypychowska Gersdorf in a number of high circulation weeklies. It was what I found to be a very tasteful advertisement, with a paragraph sign of the sort seen in legal texts incorporated into a violin as its central motif. I think that, if law firms as a group were willing to resort to innovative, thought-provoking solutions, they would not need any liberalisation of the rules in order to take their marketing message out to prospective clients, comments Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, managing partner of GESSEL.
