Our goal is to complete the audit, tax proceedings at the first stage with a positive result for the client. At the initial stage, we prepare together with the client a model of action during a tax audit, assist in collecting the necessary tax documentation, prepare letters and replies to summonses, all kinds of clarifications and statements, and verify due observance of procedures by the tax authorities. We take part in hearings and inspections, actively talk and meet with representatives of tax authorities. We also prepare objections, appeals against decisions and complaints and cassation complaints to administrative courts.
