Transactions with foreign entities

We provide tax advice in the area of transactions with foreign entities. We elaborate on the tax side of financial flows and their effects on taxpayers. We examine the observance of all the rigors and precepts of withholding tax, in particular, the observance of due diligence and the determination of the beneficiaries of the actual payments, aspects related to the settlement of VAT. We prepare and apply for reimbursement of withholding tax withheld under the pay&refund procedure, prepare requests for opinions on the application of exemption from withholding tax. We support in the preparation of appropriate procedures related to foreign transactions ensuring tax security for clients, we conduct training events on this subject.
