Provides comprehensive legal advice to Polish companies with foreign capital, especially in the areas of corporate matters, employment law, and general civil law. Prepares, assesses draft contracts and drafts contracts for German-speaking clients. Advises on the issues of starting up businesses in Poland by foreign entrepreneurs, establishing companies and their liquidation. As part of her practice, supports Polish companies conducting business in Germany and participates in handling cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining GESSEL, gained experience in German law firms specializing in business law, at a Polish law firm, and on the competition law team of an international law firm in Warsaw.
