Joined the GESSEL team in 2020.

Agnieszka has many years’ experience in providing legal services to businesses, especially comprehensive legal advice to medical entities, drafting and negotiating leases of premises used as clinics and hospitals, and contracts with service recipients and contractors, handling real estate acquisition transactions and investment processes.

Drafts documentation related to the process of providing health care services, provides legal advice and drafts legal opinions in the medical law elements of M&A transactions. Represents medical entities in disputes with patients and supports employers in the field of labour law, including representing employers in court proceedings.
