Aleksandra has 18 years of experience in providing legal services to business entities, gained with law firms (14 years) and with a private equity fund (4 years) as an in-house lawyer, a track record which affords her instinctive understanding of the perspectives of various participants in complex projects.
Advises Polish and foreign clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, at every stage of the transaction, from structuring the transaction, through supervision of the due diligence process, comprehensive preparation of transaction documentation and its negotiation. Conducts negotiations in the most demanding and complex transaction processes.
