An expert in commercial and civil law, she has provided ongoing corporate advisory services. She has advised clients on M&A transactions, private equity deals, including complex cross-border transactions, legal due diligence, and corporate governance matters.
Her previous experience was gained at prestigious Polish and international law firms.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2022. In 2024, she was admitted to the list of trainee attorneys at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
