Damian joined Gessel in 2024.
Previously, he gained experience in law firms in Warsaw, serving business entities at various stages of advancement, from high-risk capital investment, through mergers and acquisitions of developed enterprises, to handling public companies in terms of mandatory information obligations and conducting proceedings before the Financial Supervision Authority.
Professionally, he focuses on preparing comprehensive transaction documentation that optimally secures the client’s interests, and on corporate services in terms of preparing and structuring transactions, including the establishment, merging, and liquidation of commercial law companies.

- Advised a public company, cyber_Folks, on the acquisition of the French company PrestaShop for approximately EUR 53 million through SPV cyber_Pixel and the contribution of Polish technology companies Sylius and BitBag thereto
- Advised Komputronik, a public company, on the entry of strategic investor Euvic 2030, a joint venture between Euvic and Rafał Sonik’s Gemini Holding, involving the acquisition of existing and newly issued shares
- Sale of shares in Ela Wyrób Folii i Opakowań to TEP Capital
