- Advised Sescom S.A., backed by the private equity fund Enterprise Investors, on the acquisition of a majority stake in a Dutch company IM Duurzaam B.V.
- Advised the co-founders of Surfer on a complex M&A transaction involving a number of separate issues related to their relationship with France’s Positive Group
- Advised on the Polish law aspects of the acquisition of Smithstown Light Engineering Group, an Irish medical device manufacturer with operations in Poland, by private equity firm Graham Partners
- Advised WPIP Green Energy on the sale of a biogas plant in Iłówiec Wielki to Galia Green Power, a renewable energy platform supported by Eiffel Investment Group
