Emilia joined our firm in 2022.
Emilia specializes in corporate and commercial law. For years, she has been advising companies in their day-to-day operations, in particular supporting entities in the conduct of their corporate affairs, working with their governing bodies. She has extensive experience in carrying out reorganizations of companies, also on an international scale. Assists in due diligence studies.

- Advised SAPERE Holding, a Polish family-owned investment group, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in K2 Group, a manufacturer of automotive chemicals and car care products operating in more than 90 countries
- Advised CenterMed on the acquisition of NZOZ Partner, a healthcare provider operating three medical facilities in Kielce offering primary healthcare, outpatient specialist care and rehabilitation services
- Advised LUX MED on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in TMS Diagnostyka, a medical imaging company
- Advised CenterMed on the acquisition of the Avimed Group, a healthcare provider operating in the Silesia region
- Advised LUX MED on the acquisition of the Mental Path network of seven mental health centres operating in five cities across Poland
- Advised the co-founders of Surfer on a complex M&A transaction involving a number of separate issues related to their relationship with France’s Positive Group
- Advised the ArKa family foundation on the sale of a 75% stake in Centrum Medyczne Med-Gastr, a gastroenterology clinic, to private equity fund Tar Heel Capital
- Advised Szopex sp. z o.o., an operator of sports retail stores and e-commerce platforms, on the sale of a 75% stake to Modivo, part of CCC Group, for PLN 27.8 million
