Emilia specializes in corporate and commercial law. For years, she has been advising companies in their day-to-day operations, in particular supporting entities in the conduct of their corporate affairs, working with their governing bodies. She has extensive experience in carrying out reorganizations of companies, also on an international scale. Assists in due diligence studies.
