Karolina specializes in competition law. For over 20 years, she has been advising companies and other market participants. She specializes in consumer protection law (including audits of regulations and model contracts, proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) concerning violations of collective consumer interests) and competition law (representing clients in cases of notification of intended concentrations, application of practices restricting competition, in particular in cases of abuse of a dominant position by undertakings). She also provides advisory services in the field of real estate law. In 2023, she completed postgraduate studies in Competition Law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She has been recommended for years in the Legal 500 ranking.

- Advised companies belonging to the MS GALLEON capital group in numerous proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Serbian antitrust authority on securing clearance for concentrations involving companies in the energy sector, including nuclear energy
- Advised Polish Enterprise Funds SCA in Polish antitrust proceedings involving acquisition of control over Bisar SA and its subsidiaries
- Advised three investment funds in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection concerning clearance for take-over of the glass smelter Krosno S.A. and its subsidiaries
- Advises entities in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection concerning suspected abuse of dominant market position
