She specializes in mergers and acquisitions and commercial company law. She has participated in the implementation of share deal and asset deal transaction structures on both the buyer and seller sides and contributed to numerous due diligence studies.

Karolina deals with M&A transactions and day-to-day corporate law services for companies. She has experience in drafting transaction documentation for M&A projects and of corporate documents.
She advises on all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and finalization of transactions. Her practice also includes cooperation with private equity funds.
Prior to joining GESSEL in 2020, she gained professional experience in an international real estate development and investment company, where she dealt with day-to-day corporate services for companies and with capital markets law.
Registered on the list of attorneys at the Warsaw Bar Association in 2024.
