Gained experience at a renowned Warsaw law firm and a leading international law firm in the areas of mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate law, corporate governance principles and capital market law, among others.
Author of the monograph “Corporate Governance through the eyes of Warren Buffett” published in 2021 by C.H. Beck publishing house.
A co-author of articles on corporate law and constitutional law published in academic journals and in the media.
