BIO
Has extensive experience advising on complex share deal and asset deal transactions at all their successive stages, including preparation and coordination of due diligence studies, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, closing, and support in various post-closing processes.
She has worked with private equity funds as well as industry investors from Poland and abroad on an assortment of projects, including ones centring on renewable energy assets.
Prior to joining GESSEL in 2025, worked with a number of multinational as well as Polish law firms; she was also a member of the in-house legal team of an international investment fund focused on the renewable energy sector.
