Experience
Krzysztof specialises in in projects combining aspects of mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, due diligence, company law and commercial law.
He provides substantive legal and business advice on mergers and acquisitions, manages and coordinates the work of junior lawyers and the transaction team. Serves as counsel to private equity funds, private investors and start-ups (on the sell as well as the buy side). Within his expertise he analyses and drafts documents at every stage of the transaction process, starting from negotiating confidentiality agreements, building a data room, and answering questions asked by advisors. Krzysztof also prepares transaction agreements and conducts negotiations. He advises on restructuring processes, supports clients in post-transaction work, in particular at the stage of integrating the target company and its operations into the organisation of the buyer.
Author of articles in the field of commercial and civil law (including in Przegląd Prawa Handlowego and Przegląd Sądowy), co-author of publications including “The Simple Joint-Stock Company. Commentary and Templates”, “Deed of incorporation of a limited liability company” and “The Commercial Companies and Partnerships Code. Mergers, De-Mergers and Transformation of Companies. Commentary”.
