BIO

Krzysztof has many years of experience in representing business entities and executives in criminal-economic and criminal-treasury proceedings.

He advises and represents business entities in complex cases at the intersection of criminal and civil law, as defence counsel and attorney, and also acts as defence counsel for executives in criminal and tax cases at all stages of the proceedings.

He also supports GESSEL’s clients in civil and commercial proceedings and disputes against the background of implementation of commercial contracts, with especial emphasis on cases from the IT sector and post-transaction disputes, starting with legal analysis and counteracting the risk of litigation, the pre-trial stage, ending with representation before the courts.

He gained his previous professional experience in reputable Polish law firms where he was mainly involved in handling criminal cases of various subjects and conducted civil and commercial disputes involving business enterprises as well as individuals.

Krzysztof’s past work also included the legal department of an international consulting company involved in the implementation of IT systems for the financial industry, where he handled the day-to-day operations of the company’s business and internal departments as well as compliance in the broadest sense. Drawing on these experiences, he sometimes jokingly refers to himself as a general practitioner.
