Specialisation:

Specialises in business law, civil law and banking law. Advises on obtainment of finance via private offerings, supports banks and financial institutions with operational matters and internal governance. Assists in M&A projects and in corporate transformations, advises on day-to-day company law issues; her experience also encompasses legal aspects of new technologies.

Experience:

Previously associated with a number of leading Polish law firms. Advised one of Poland’s major banks with respect to its current operations; also worked with investment funds. Contributed her expertise to numerous private bond issues, to credit facility agreement negotiations, and to drafting and negotiation of assorted implementation, licence, and service agreements in the context of IT system implementation.

Education:

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
Completed the course in British Law and European Union law co-organised by the University of Cambridge and a postgraduate course in capital markets law and economics at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Admitted to practice as radca prawny (an attorney-at-law) in 2008.
