Magda is an experienced lawyer focused on corporate and transactional services for public companies in areas such as compliance with disclosure obligations and administrative and criminal proceedings regarding the Market Abuse Regulation.
Also advises on regulatory issues and ESG-compliant corporate governance.

Magda joined the GESSEL team in 2012 and became managing associate in 2019.
She mainly advises on public issues of shares and bonds, in particular working on drafting prospectuses and reviewing and negotiating agreements accompanying public offerings. She also focuses on advice related to compliance with disclosure obligations, in particular advising during administrative and criminal proceedings regarding MAR. In addition, Magda advises companies in their day-to-day operations on corporate and regulatory issues, in particular implementation of ESG-compliant corporate governance principles.
In addition to her strictly professional activities, Magda shares her experience with students at the Capital Markets Society of Warsaw University and conducts training events. She contributes to reviews of legislative initiatives, such as the consultations initiated by ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) on the revision of the MAR Regulation.

- Advised Cavatina Holding on a prospectus-based bond issuance programme with a total value of up to PLN 250 million, including the approval of the base prospectus by the KNF and the admission of the bonds to trading on the Catalyst market
- Advised Cavatina Holding on a PLN 102 million public bond offering under a prospectus-based issuance programme and the admission of the bonds to trading on the Catalyst market operated by the WSE
- Advised Cavatina Holding on a prospectus-based bond issuance programme with a total value of up to PLN 200 million, including the approval of the base prospectus by the KNF
- Advised Olivia Fin on a bond issue of approximately PLN 40 million under its bond issuance programme and the admission of the bonds to trading on the Catalyst market
- Advised Creotech Instruments on a PLN 76 million public offering of newly issued shares
- Accelerated book building – shares in Pure Biologics S.A. worth PLN 30 mln
