She has contributed to numerous private equity transactions, advising leading players in domestic and foreign markets on M&A and private equity transactions in Poland as well as on corporate governance issues.

Majka specializes in commercial company law. She advises corporate clients on local and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
She represents Polish and foreign clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and in structuring joint venture transactions. Her primary focus is on private M&A, although she has also advised publicly listed companies; she also regularly advises on corporate governance issues and contributes her legal and organisational talents to complex due diligence studies.
Prior to joining GESSEL in 2021, worked at leading international law firms in Warsaw and London and in investment banking.
