Specialises in company law and mergers and acquisitions.

Advises corporate clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and equity investments.

Represents clients in both domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and joint ventures. Focuses on public and private M&As and corporate finance transactions, also regularly advises on corporate governance matters.

Advises private equity institutions on a wide range of transactions, including private acquisitions, carveouts, co-investments, consortium deals, group restructurings and general corporate matters. Also counsels portfolio companies of financial sponsor clients on bolt-on acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, and other commercial matters.

Has transactional experience in advising Polish and international clients on both the buy-side and sell-side. Her practice additionally covers capital markets matters, and includes disclosure obligations of WSE-listed public companies as well as regulations concerning the prevention of market abuse. Moreover, in connection with M&A transaction she has advised clients on regulatory matters and participated in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Prior to joining GESSEL in 2021, she worked for leading global law firms and in investment banking.


  • Ph.D. studies in law graduate of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Ph.D. in commercial law, thesis on corporate governance issues)
  • graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw with a degree in law
  • graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and with degrees in Finance and Accounting and Law & Economics
  • completed a course in U.S. law at the Centre for American Law Studies co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida Levin College of Law
