Małgorzata Wiśniewska

Participates in the implementation of private equity M&A transactions involving domestic and foreign entities. Her experience includes preparation of transaction documentation and conducting legal due diligence, in particular with regard to intellectual and industrial property law issues and on behalf of companies creating innovative technologies.

Has experience in providing day-to-day legal services to businesses, including corporate advice to key players in the energy market.

For many years has been involved in commercial and commercial-and-civil litigation, including representation of clients in corporate disputes and in disputes arising in the course of construction projects.

Before joining GESSEL in 2017, gained experience at Wrocław and Warsaw law firms. Completed an internship at the Office of Sejm Analyses of the Chancellery of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, in the Department of Proceedings before the Constitutional Tribunal.
