Małgorzata advises on dispute resolution, and her practice includes arbitration and court proceedings in commercial matters, including international trade, unfair competition, and real estate.

BIO

She represents clients in proceedings before common courts as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings. She has worked based on the ICC arbitration rules in Paris, SA KIG, SA Lewiatan, and ad hoc arbitration proceedings. The cases she has participated in were conducted under various applicable laws and in different arbitration venues. She has also gained experience as an arbitration secretary.

She also has experience in complex commercial proceedings before common courts.

She combines practical experience with academic interests and is the author of publications on corporate arbitration. While preparing her doctoral thesis, she completed a research internship at the University of Vienna. She also completed an LL.M in International Dispute Settlement in Geneva. She actively participates in national and international academic conferences.

She is fluent in English and German.

She has been with GESSEL since 2024. Prior to joining GESSEL, she gained experience at one of Poland’s leading law firms specializing in arbitration and court proceedings.
