Joined GESSEL in2021. Prior to that, worked with leading international and domestic law firms specializing in banking and finance.
Has several years of experience supporting both banks and borrowers, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in financing transactions in the banking market, in particular in drafting and day-to-day servicing of loan agreements and collateral documents, as well as in preparing due diligence reports for financing entities.

- Advised the Tyrion Real Estate group on obtaining PLN 10.5 million financing for retail park projects in Lidzbark Warmiński and Bartoszyce
- Advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on the provision of debt financing for the leveraged management buyout of the Jutrzenka group, a confectionery products manufacturer
- Advised cyber_Folks S.A. on the acquisition of a 49.9% stake in listed company Shoper S.A., a SaaS e-commerce platform provider, from private equity fund Value4Capital and other shareholders for approximately PLN 547 million
- Acquisition of mezzanine investment from ACP for eFaktor S.A.
- Granting multi-million financing for Itaxi by ACP Credit.
- Granting of financing in the amount of PLN 110 million for investments in photovoltaic farm projects between DC24 ASI and Columbus Energy S.A.
