In addition, he has extensive experience in day-to-day corporate and transactional matters with a cross-border element (particularly German-speaking). He has been with GESSEL since 2015.

Marcin specializes in data protection and compliance matters.
He combines his experience in this field with practical knowledge of a wide range of legal problems in the operation of businesses. He acquired this knowledge while working with the German Desk team and providing services in the fields of corporate and business law, labor law and criminal law, among others.
He supports clients in conducting audits, monitoring compliance, training staff, building systems and implementing compliance instruments. Provides assistance in handling incidents and events, as well as internal proceedings and those conducted by supervisory authorities. He also serves as a personal data inspector (previously as an information security administrator).
