Her experience comprises legal advising in respect of copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, patents and combating unfair competition. Advises also in respect of media law, press law and protection of personal rights of natural and legal persons.

Provides legal support for clients creating innovative technology in the area of protection of their created solutions and management of portfolio of intellectual property rights. Prepares contracts concerning transfer of intangible assets, licensing, coexistence in respect of exclusive rights and know-how agreements. Prepares tailored strategy of trademark and goodwill protection for clients.

Represents clients before civil courts, criminal courts and courts of arbitration in disputes concerning infringement of intellectual property rights, combating unfair competition and infringement of personal rights. Represents clients before Internet domains arbitration courts in domain disputes. Represents clients in litigious proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
