Specializes in commercial and investment arbitration, dispute resolution, and economic advice on the drafting, negotiation, and implementation of trade agreements in various sectors of the economy.


Gained experience while working for recognised law firms in London and in Warsaw. Participated in international arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the major arbitration institutions including the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and ICSID, rules of local Polish arbitral institutions, and the arbitration rules of various trade associations. He advises clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process, from initial problems with contract enforcement through representation in arbitration, litigation or other forms of ADR to post-award and enforcement proceedings. Apart from dispute work, Michał is also experienced in handling non-contentious matters, in particular drafting and reviewing a wide variety of contracts for the energy and construction sectors.


Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In addition, he completed an LL.M. with honours at Queen Mary College, University of London in the field of international arbitration and dispute resolution.

Author of numerous publications and speaker at conferences and workshops on issues of arbitration, international law, and investment.
