Her experience includes comprehensive legal services for M&A transactions, including preparation of the transaction structure, coordination of due diligence analyses, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and preparation of notifications of the intention of concentration to antitrust authorities and representation of clients in related proceedings.
He advises on the establishment of management option schemes and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. Represents clients in court proceedings. With GESSEL since 2009.
