She specializes in competition law and consumer protection law. Natalia has many years of experience in conducting explanatory and antitrust proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

Before joining the Law Firm, she worked for five years at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), gaining experience at the Gdańsk Delegation, the Department of Merger Control, the Department of Competition Protection, and the Department of Bid Rigging Prevention. She handled proceedings related to merger control, anti-competitive practices, and infringements of collective consumer interests.
She participated in inspections and dawn raids carried out by the President of UOKiK at business premises, also serving as the leader of the inspection team.
In addition, Natalia represented the President of UOKiK in the work of the Merger Working Group within the European Competition Network (ECN).

- Advised SAPERE Holding, a Polish family-owned investment group, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in K2 Group, a manufacturer of automotive chemicals and car care products operating in more than 90 countries
- Advised Enterprise Investors and the remaining shareholders on the sale of 100% of the shares in Anwim S.A., owner of the MOYA fuel station network, to Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners
- Advised MEWO S.A. and its shareholders on the PLN 62.5 million investment by Vinci, a fund within the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego group
- Advised cyber_Folks on obtaining antitrust clearance in Poland for the acquisition of the French company PrestaShop through SPV cyber_Pixel and the contribution of Polish technology companies Sylius and BitBag thereto
- Advised Asprod S.A., a portfolio company of the investment arm of BNP Paribas Bank Polska, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Bagietka sp. z o.o., a producer and distributor of bakery and confectionery products
- Advised cyber_Folks S.A. on the acquisition of a 49.9% stake in listed company Shoper S.A., a SaaS e-commerce platform provider, from private equity fund Value4Capital and other shareholders for approximately PLN 547 million
