Advocate, Ph.D. in legal studies, also completed a degree in economics. Mediator (on the official list of the Regional Court in Warsaw), negotiator. In his work to date, perfected a unique problem-solving model combining legal, business, and communications expertise.  

Specialises in complex matters involving aspects of business, civil, criminal and tax law. Advises individuals as part of GESSEL’s Private Lawyer practice, dealing with personal liability of directors, succession, inheritances, wills, and succession management. Also advises on copyright law, media law, press law, intellectual property, aviation law, personal data protection, and litigation. These, as it were, classic legal services are – if warranted by the circumstances of the case – augmented by advice on the communications and public relations aspects of the dispute.

For over 20 years, maintained a media presence as a journalist and commentator on legal and economic subjects, offering practical insights based on his experience in these areas. Former editor of the legal and tax section of the “Rzeczpospolita” daily. Host of “Blajer mówi: Biznes” (TVN CNBC Biznes, TVN CNBC) – jedynego z pierwszych programów telewizyjnych dla przedsiębiorców one of the first business TV shows in Poland; also anchored “Bilans” and “Biznes dla ludzi” on TVN24 BIS (TVN24 Biznes i Świat) as well as “Antykryzys poradnik”, a TVP / TVP Info show focusing on the business management implications of the Covid-19 outbreak.  

Author of one of the first Polish commentaries on succession planning and management at companies. Regularly lectures on business law and on business models and administration.
